US and Global Sourcing Capabilities QUALITY ASSURANCE : We will conduct Fabric Inspections, Pre-Production Meetings, Cutting Inspections based on 4 point system, In-line/End-Line Inspections during production and Pre Final/Final Ispection of all merchandise coursed thru our office. We are practicing a 2.5 AQL with all our merchandise. Quality is our business! MANUFACTURING CONTROL : We will monitor for you all of the orders which you will work with us. You will be provided with time and action calendars , production monitoring sheets, and work in process reports, that will give you factual information on the status of every production booked thru our office. SHIPMENT CONTROL : We will make sure that all export shipping documents will be done correctly and properly to facilitate cargo releasing and delivery to our customers warehouses. FACTORY SOURCING : We are proud that we have a very good line up of suppliers, who provide competitive costs and most of all; are known in the industry as reliable sources. We can source for you, factories & suppliers that can do all types of merchandise. With our long time experience in the garment industry, as well as the innate dedication we put on our work, we strongly believe that we will be able to give you the service needed in partnering you with reliable suppliers/factories, both in the United States and Far East, in delivering to your clientele the merchandise as required. VENDOR COMPLIANCE : Our key suppliers works with almost all of the top retailers/department Stores in the United States; such as Target, JCPenney, Kohls, Walmart, Costco, Sams, Sears, Dressbarn, Catherines, Charming Shoppes, Kmart/Sears, to name a few. Likewise, we have core suppliers also that do for Canadian and European Markets too. All suppliers on our matrix have passed all social and legal compliance required by major US Retailers and Department Stores. Product Design: Our design studio creates over 100 new designs per week adding to an existing database of over 25,000 copyrighted graphic arts. All our designs are Copyrighted. Quality Control Quality is our commitment to our customers, We have a dedicated field of growing technical service team situated in our manufacturing locations. ¥All factories have been audited by an accredited independent third party for social and labor law compliance. ¥Each Factory is brand/product specific in production, streamlining production output and quality control. ¥All garment manufacturing facilities are equipped and will carry out 100% fabric inspection. ¥All factories follow strict AQL standards & QA rules for garment inspection which are brand specific) Sublitex High Standards Sublitex maintains rigorous quality control standards and we are dedicated to producing high quality garments with no exception.
