Design Services Our Design Services provide a way to help bring your company’s fashion design ideas and concepts to market in an effective and efficient manner. Our team of fashion design experts works with each client based on their specific needs. We offer pre-design planning and research including current market trends, market analysis, competitive analysis, and trend and color forecasting. Our design process ranges from original concept design work to full scale product development. True Measure, Inc. provides professional grade technical drawings (tech packs) ready for factory production. Our technical packs include technical measurements, manufacturers documentation, and sewing instructions. Pattern Making Services Our Pattern Making Service department utilizes state-of-the-art technologies to help save your company time and money in the hyper-competitive fashion and apparel industry. We can work with your existing designs and/or tech packs, or you may choose to work with our Design Services department prior to your pattern making needs. We offer size grading based on your specific needs or we can provide you with industry standard sizing. All our patterns are made with the Gerber version 8.5 pattern making software system which allows us to digitally transmit your patterns to any factory worldwide. However, we do also provide traditional paper cut patterns as required per client and their selected factories. Sample Sewing Services Our Sample Sewing Service provides fast and effective cut and sew services for companies in the fashion and apparel industry. We can work with your existing digital or paper cut patterns, or you may choose with work with our Pattern Making Services department prior to your sample sewing needs. We provide samples for all your company’s sample requirements including first samples, costing samples, duplicates, fit samples, production samples, and salesman/showroom samples. All our samples are delivered with full documentation and sewing instructions. Manufacturing Services Our Manufacturing Services department provides a variety of options for fashion and apparel brands that require cost efficient and quality production. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities offer minimum order quantities beginning at 150 unites per style, with our production based in Downtown Los Angeles. Our total manufacturing capabilities range from small run production with minimum order quantities starting at 250 unit per style to large scale production with minimum order quantities starting from 5,000 unit per style. True Measure, Inc. has developed a strong network of manufacturing resources with qualified factories throughout the United States as well as in overseas markets. We project manage your production as needed with our factory partners.
