Founded by William Marinovich in 1955, U.S. Industrial Tool began as a company that dealt with the acquisition, repair and rebuilding of used and surplus aircraft tools. As the demand for high quality aircraft tools increased, U.S. Industrial Tool began designing and manufacturing many of its own tools, among which is a patented Aircraft Polishing Tool used by many national and international airlines. Today, U.S. Industrial Tool is a leading supplier of aircraft tools, servicing tens of thousands of customers worldwide. However, U.S.I.T. is still committed to remaining Ã'smallÃ" enough to respond promptly and efficiently to customer requirements and demands In 1998, U.S. Industrial Tool joined forces with Churchill Capital. Together they established Churchill Aerospace LLC, which owns a group of aerospace tool and manufacturing component companies. These companies are U.S. Industrial Tool, HS Tooling, Arvan Inc. and H.P. Wetmore. USI and Churchill Aerospace are positioned for continued growth.
