Our capabilities include: High Volume Progressive Die, Deep Drawn, Multi-Slide Stampings: High volume production of generally small components of light gauge materials; using virtually any raw material that can be stamped on progressive die, transfer press (eyelet), and fourslide/multi-Slide machines. These diverse capabilities allow selection of the most efficient manufacturing technology for the application and the most material efficient production technique. Having all these capabilities under one roof significantly differentiates us from most of our competitors. In-House Tooling & Finishing: Volkert has an extensive toolroom for in-house manufacture of all tooling and an experienced tool and die design staff. Toolroom capabilities include state of the art wire EDM and high speed small hole EDM. A substantial tumbling and degreasing capability rounds out a very complete facility.
